Advances that make artificial intelligence adventurous to anyone who cares to explore it is having its impact on sweater design as well.
Those of us void of any artistic talent simply need to describe a sweater and its setting to have multiple artistic interpretations materialize on-screen.
This was one of several renderings produced in response to my description of a grey men's mohair crewneck sweater with a white design with an oak paneled elevator as a backdrop. It was the most favorited of the several images I used to poll people which designs they'd most like to see produced.
Settling on a design most people liked was only half the task, finding a qualified knitter was the next. It takes a talented knitter to replicate an actual sweater from a simple image; most knitters need the guidance of a professionally designed knitting pattern. Fortunately, I know several expert knitters.
While the grey in the elevator sweater image is my preferred main color, it wasn't immediately available so we chose this bluish-grey with white.
